Bolts

Thread Sizes

Small Thread Bolts can screw into the pegboard holes, or into any bolt/rod that has a small thread hole.

Big Thread Bolts can screw directly into the Multiboard tiles (very strong).

Mid Thread Bolts can screw into push-fit holes (like into the snaps, or into bolts/rods that have a push-fit hole).

Big Thread Bolts

The 9mm thread length is perfect for attaching standard 3mm accessories to Multiboard tiles without protruding through the other side, making it ideal for Multibords mounted on a surface.

The 13mm thread length enables you to securely join two Multiboard tiles together without the bolt protruding through the other side.

The 20mm thread length is designed for use when your Multiboard is mounted away from a surface, allowing you to screw the thread in deeper.

Mid Thread Bolts

The 10mm thread length is perfect for attaching standard 3mm accessories to a snap when your Multibord is mounted “on a surface”. It’s also used to secure Mounting Wall Support Snaps into place.

The 18mm thread length enables you to securely join two Multiboard tiles together (including the snaps) without the bolt protruding through the other side.

The 20mm thread length is designed for use when your Multiboard is mounted away from a surface, allowing you to screw the thread in deeper.

What Are Holes?

“Holes” aren’t just a hole in the head, they go all the way through the bolt to the other side.

Standard Head Bolts

Plain Heads don’t allow you to insert accessories into the bolt head.

Head Features

Small Thread Heads allow you to screw in bolts/rods that have a small thread.

Push-Fit Heads allow you to insert push-fit accessories and screw in bolts/rods that have a mid thread.

Multiboard Heads are like the tiles. You can insert snaps, and screw in other bolts/rods that have a big thread.

The Muliboard Head is quite big, so you can’t screw these bolts next to each other.

Hole Types

Small Thread Holes to screw in bolts/rods that have a small thread.

Push-Fit Holes to insert push-fit accessories and screw in bolts/rods that have a mid thread.

Head Types

Flat Head Bolts facilitate clearance in case the bolt head is in the way (like a corner in a shelf bracket).

T-Bolts

T-Bolts are stronger and have increased weight capacity because they are printed horizontally.

Shank Bolts

6.5 mm shank bolts allow you to connect two Multiboard tiles together and form a press connection between them, without the bolt causing any unintended rotation.

3 mm shank bolts allow you to fasten threaded accessories without the bolt causing any unintended shifting or rotation of the accessory.
